ZCM has invested about
1.5 billion RMB to establish a new heavy equipment
manufacture factory near by Yangtze River with an occupation of
453,000m2 in area. Till to July, 2010, ZCM will finish the classic
heavy-duty equipment factory consisting of their own heavy-lift
dock, heavy-duty workshop and large press machine.

First-period
The First-period project for new factory
construction: total area of 87,000m2 for 7-spans united workshops
(including 3 double deck assembling workshops,2 single deck
assembling workshops,1 workshop for material cutting,1 machining
shop). Depending on the terrain along the Yangtze River, ZCM has
four kiloton-degree docks. There are two 5000T berths, one 1000T
berth and one 8000T harbor basin(just connect to the heaviest
workshop directly). Then It will be able to supply products with
max. diameter 15m, length 120m, weight 1200Tons and loading on
cargo-vessel by crane as a whole.
Second-period
The second-period project for new factory
constructionlarge-scale press machine have been set up. We designs
and going to manufacture 20,000tons oil press machines at world’s
leading level. And also including 8000t, 4000t, 2000t forging,
pressing machine which can be finished till to the end of 2010.
Then ZCM can supply special parts for supercritical boilers,
Super-high Pressure Vessels, 1000MW nuclear power, power station,
refinery, hydrogenation reactors and so on.

New Dock
Four
over-1,000-ton-degree docks are soon to open their arms. There are
two 5000T berths,1000T berth and 8000T harbor basin(just at the end
of heavy-duty workshop). Then It’s to be capable for product with
diameter 15m, length 120m, weight 1200Tons, could be loaded on
cargo-vessel by crane as a whole.
Ship could enter into the new shop for vessel loading.
The max. lifting capability will be up to1200 ton.
